Spirituality,  is a wide concept with a room to grow, all the times. In general, it is seeking truth, inner journey to connect with self. It is a deep exploration that leads us to emancipation. Howsoever, we may define- Spirituality, it is not only a feeling but a beautiful feeling that touches us all somewhere. Spirituality, is a feeling unique to an individual in their own way. Some might link it to a religious place, others may consider it as their  personal relationship with Almighty or a power that exists at a higher level than human mind. Nature or art is another way to connect to the same. Hence, it is a felling unique to everyone on their own. Spirituality is not an academic process but an experience,  ur own story that u have lived in flesh and bones,  have felt and has touched your own heart

Anyone can hold a grudge, but it takes a person with character  to forgive. When you forgive,  you release yourself from a painful burden. Forgiveness does not mean that what happened was OK, and it doesn't mean that the person is welcomeback in your life. It just means that you have made peace with pain , and are ready to let it go. It is the key to your peace of mind. Anger takes a lot of energy away from healing.  Forgiveness is the most powerful emotions expressed. When one deeply understands the power of forgiveness. One probably understands amd realizes how small one has been. One should never get stuck. Life is a school and one can either graduate or remain in the same class for ever. Always  Send nice thoughts,  always send positive vibes, always  send support and always send love with well wishes.
