Self care - Doing things that make you feel like you.
As cleaning the room once is never sufficient. One has to do it on a daily basis. The dust layers on the furniture, dirty floor , piles of clutter in a corner keep calling for your attention. Neglecting for a long time does not help and at one point, one needs to take care of the cleanliness. But if the cleaning is done in routine and periodically, the room will always have a comfortable feel to it. Now, this example of room equally signifies the mental health. If we keep neglecting it for too long, we will feel drained and uncomfortable. So, we need take some time for ourselves- self-care.
It helps us avoid the unnecessary mental pressure. Do not let your emotions pile up to the point where you just can not take them any more. Take care of yourself, dear, for you deserve it so much. 💕
